Clinical Director
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), former Mental Health Clinician for the Toronto Raptors and the former Sports Psychology Coordinator for the Athletics Department of Pepperdine University as well as a professional member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP).
I received my Masters (M.A.) in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and completed my undergraduate degree in Health Promotion at Oakwood University.
Having worked in Canada and the United States, I’ve connected with individuals from diverse populations and socioeconomic backgrounds, helping them uncover negative patterns and behaviours that make life challenging.
I have experience working with high-performing individuals such as professional athletes, those within the film and entertainment industry and C-suite executives. I am also passionate about supporting various grass-root communities in making mental health accessible. I understand the uniqueness of each individual and ensure the process reflects their needs.
With compassion and understanding at the forefront, I work with clients to identify strengths, tools and personal determination that can lead to positive and lifelong changes.
