As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College, I have developed a strong foundation in understanding human behaviour and addressing diverse needs.
My experience in crisis support has equipped me with the skills to serve marginalized communities both locally and globally. I recognize the complex interplay of culture, race, gender, sexuality, and other identities in shaping clients' experiences, and I am committed to honouring diversity in all its forms.
I believe that mental health is an ongoing journey of self-care and self-discovery. By fostering a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I empower clients to tap into their inner resilience and enact positive change in their lives. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported.
It would be an honour to accompany you on your path toward empowerment, healing, and personal growth.
