“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up” - Brené Brown. Congratulations on taking this first step to show up for yourself. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and support individuals from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life stressors.
If you find yourself struggling to cope with these challenges, working with a supportive professional can help you navigate healing and growth. I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Waterloo. I specialize in working with high-performance athletes, trauma recovery, navigating relationships, and use a solution-focused approach rooted in identifying cognitive and behavioural patterns.
My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate space. I use a tailored approach to meet each individual’s needs through the use of CBT and emotion-focused practices. I value collaboration in better understanding your life experiences and goals to promote positive change and healing in your journey.
