Associate Therapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I strive to work with clients in a deeply supportive, emphatic, and non-judgmental way. If you need a space to process your emotions, I offer an individualized approach to therapy where we will work through your challenges together in a culturally sensitive, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach.
I work with many diverse backgrounds and support individuals who may be struggling with low self-esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other disorders by building a trusting and safe relationship. I am also particularly passionate about working with people from marginalized communities.
I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, and I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism at the Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson). During my time, I uncovered research and wrote stories on mental health accessibility catered to university students.
My goal is to help guide you on your journey where you can understand, recognize, and uncover your strengths through a self-compassionate lens. I am passionate about supporting you in a way that is best fit for you, where we can collaboratively work on your goals and learn new techniques. I strive to build a relationship with you grounded in trust and curiosity by seeing the world through your lens and understanding how your family and cultural experiences shape your identity.
