I am a Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University with a background in kinesiology and mental health research. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph-Humber, where I developed a strong understanding of the mind-body connection and the impact of mental health on overall well-being. In addition to my master’s studies, I am pursuing a Child and Youth Mental Health certificate at Wilfrid Laurier University.
I approach every conversation with curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help you feel more in control of your life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, facing uncertainty, or simply looking for a space to be yourself, I am here to support you every step of the way.
As a Sikh, my approach is grounded in a deep respect for identity, community, and the strength people carry through life’s challenges. My cultural background has shaped my understanding of how personal and societal influences impact mental health, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard.
I am passionate about helping you create the life you envision for yourself and empowering you to overcome challenges along the way. Therapy should feel like a conversation where you feel safe, understood, and supported. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, without fear of judgment.
