Low-Cost Therapist
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Sociology from York University.
I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a model that helps people heal through a deeper emotional connection with themselves and others. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and always tailored to meet your unique needs.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complex world of relationships. Whether you feel stuck in patterns with a partner, overwhelmed by family dynamics, or struggle to connect in friendships, I’m here to help. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent clients and those facing high-stress environments related to school, work, or life transitions. If you feel weighed down by the pressure to keep it all together, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. This is a judgment-free space, and I’m here to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.
You’ve already come this far, and that’s not by accident. If this feels like the right moment to start, let’s talk more in our first session. I’m here whenever you’re ready.
